Rock/Fairy! I figure that fits for a moon/star themed Pokemon. I’m not sure exactly what kind of moves it would have with that being the case, but I think it would be neat to have Rock moves based around things like meteor showers.
There are definitely moves it could retain from its original form, too, such as its Fairy moves and even a few of its Water moves like Aqua Tail (since the end of its tail is a planet with water on it)!
